My great-great-great-great grandfather is John Wood (christened 20 Jan 1765 in Eckford). John Wood’s wife is Elspeth Dickson (christened 4 August 1765 in Eckford). John Wood’s father is James Wood, my great-great-great-great-great grandfather. Mary Nichol’s father is Hugh Nichol. Hugh Nichol’s spouse is named Margaret.
